Join us every Saturday at 7pm for a powerful Shamanic Drum Journey at Foundry Street Community Centre, HX6 3AS.

“Deep healing and self-empowerment of mind, heart, body, and spirit.” 

Let the rhythm of the drum guide you into a state of deep connection, healing, and inner peace. Whether you're new to this or returning, all are welcome in this sacred space.

Cost:- Sliding Scale (pay what you can) £5-9

Benefits:- The sound and vibration of the drumbeat helps to shift old and blocked energies. Deep healing of mind, body, heart and spirit. Empowering and transforming, bringing you closer to self, your own inner light and knowing. Reduces stress, anxiety, depression, aids sleep and pain. 

What to expect:- Cleansing smudge and blessing. Candle to set intention for your journey. Guided grounding, aligning and centring meditation. 

What to bring:- Please bring water, your own mat pillow and Blanket. NOTE: There are a limited amount of mats at venue if needed. Everyone Welcome! 

Not Suitable for Medicine Drum Journey :- 

People with a Pacemaker. Pregnancy. 

Under the age of 16. 

Hearing Aids:- it is advisable to remove before Drum Journey but keep switched on until the drum journey begins. (Even if you cannot hear the drumbeats you will still receive the healing medicine from the Drum)
