A Wonderful Afternoon with Julian Carr

We had a fantastic turnout for our recent talk with Julian Carr, author of “The Mills and People of Sowerby Bridge.”

Julian’s slideshow and stories brought local history to life, and the session, lasting just over an hour, was well received by all. It was lovely to see 28 people attend, and many took the opportunity to purchase his books afterwards.
